Brenda Garcia Romero

Brenda joined the Graduate School in April 2021. She is primarily responsible for processing applications for candidates with last names beginning with E-K, answering applicant questions, and providing generalized assistance with Graduate School enrollment initiatives. Brenda graduated from Peace College in 2015, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Brenda is a self-described servant leader and strives to be a strong contributor in any capacity assigned or otherwise made available to her. Before joining ECU, she was a bilingual recruiter for organizations where she sourced and recruited candidates for different roles. Brenda believes her attitude and willingness to learn, and her desire to serve others in meaningful ways to be her biggest strengths. Outside of ECU, Brenda enjoys driving or flying across the country for last minute road trips. She enjoys the simple pleasures in life and is always up for a challenge.
