Assistantship Administration

This page is for faculty and staff who are responsible for administering graduate assistantships.

The Graduate School maintains a SharePoint site for graduate program directors and administrative assistants to use for information, forms, and policies regarding graduate assistantships.

Faculty or staff who do not have access to the Graduate Assistantship SharePoint site should email Alexis Morris at morrisal@ecu.edu, Business Officer, Graduate School.

Exceptions to the Graduate Assistantship policies and procedures should be requested through the TeamDynamix system here. These requests are reviewed by committee on a weekly basis. Please allow 5 business days for processing the request.  Please complete all fields marked with an asterisk and refer to the Tuition Award and/or Assistantship Exception Request Guide on the Graduate Assistantship SharePoint site. Exception requests must include the Associate Dean of the college/school on the ticket.

Listserv for Graduate Assistantship & EPAFs Information

A Listserv has been created to communicate important information to individuals who are responsible for Graduate Assistantship contracts and EPAFs. Please see the instructions on how to subscribe.

  1. Address an email to: listserv@listserv.ecu.edu.
  2. No subject or signature file.
  3. Type the message: SUBSCRIBE STNTCNTRCTADMIN-L Firstname Lastname.
  4. Replace Firstname and Lastname with your name.
  5. Send the email.
