Assistantship Administration

This page is for faculty and staff who are responsible for administering graduate assistantships.

The Graduate School maintains a SharePoint site for graduate program directors and administrative assistants to use for information, forms, and policies regarding graduate assistantships.

Faculty or staff who do not have access to the Graduate Assistantship SharePoint site should email Alexis Morris at, Business Officer, Graduate School.

Exception Requests to the Assistantship Policies and Procedures should be emailed to Alexis Morris at and are reviewed on a weekly basis. Faculty requesting exceptions will be notified following weekly review.  Please include all relevant information including student name, Banner ID, a thorough description of the request for an exception and any documentation that supports the request.  Exceptions may only be requested by the Graduate Program Director, Department Chair, or Associate Dean of the college/school.
