Application Materials Needed:

- Application fee
- Official transcripts for all colleges/universities attended
- Three (3) letters of recommendation (2 from faculty of colleges/universities previously attended)
- Statement of Intent
- GRE scores – Students who have scores older than 5 years but are not yet 10 years old may submit documentation to the program to request a waiver of the GRE. If approved, the program will notify the applicant and the Graduate School
- Writing sample
- Face-to-face or phone interview for PhD
